Who will have to get a new mayor and council up to speed every two to four years thanks to term limits. But according to the HTA, we have no problems that can’t be solved in less than four years with just a little effort and financial self discipline. Hey, no one is stopping council members from working on the problems after they are no longer in office. After all, they don’t think public servants should be paid anyway.
